Description
Tarar made a good attempt to answer one of most important question we people of sub-continent have to face 'who we are'? The answer is provided through different imaginary birds related to religions / religious personalities including prophets from 3 major Abrahamic religions, Mansoor Bin Hallaj, Krishna Bhagwan, Gautam Budhha, Qurat ul ain Tahira and some connected personalities like Porran Bhagt, Balnath Jogi(s) of Tilla Jogiyan, Baba Guru Nanak, Mira Bai, etc. Then there are birds related to folk wisdom and love ballads of Sohni Mehwal, Heer Ranjha and Mirza Sahiban. The overall message is for acceptance of all ideologies and not insisting on the truth we know / follow to be the 'only truth'. Not recommended for those who wants to follow a typical plot and characters of a novel, but definite read for those who want to ponder over their identity.
