It's time for the annual fund-raiser at school, and Miley and Lilly go head-to-head with their rivals, Amber and Ashley. The queens of mean are close to winning for a second year in a row and won't stop bragging about it. So Miley and Lilly decide it's time to step up their game. But their door-to-door fundraising doesn't raise enough money even though they walk ten miles, fake six accents, and sing 56 times. Luckily, Miley's got a secret weapon-Hannah Montana!
