This is a short introductory text providing a comprehensive account of how economics explains and analyses the functions and operations of firms in a modern industrial society. The text is concerned essentially with the decision-making processes of firms - it discusses the nature of their decisions, what determines them and their effects. This text is a more practical option to Moschandreas, which is very theoretical.
