Perfect tense

The anonymous, middle-aged narrator is a man broken on the wheel of office life--the beige wheel of grinding routine, the uniform gray carpets, the endless buff envelopes. He takes us on a terrifyingly familiar tour of office life that is at once hilarious and profound.
