I purchased the book for the research. To be
honest, if you buy this book you likely know about
60% or 70% of the content in the book however, the
other percentage of what I did not know was still
worth the purchase, and it will be added to my
permanent library. Also, I had a question, reached
out to the author and he responded. I thought that
was fantastic. David Teten assembled a masterful
resource on growing your network and, more
importantly, increasing your value within your
network. The short chapters offer myriad nuggets
of practical, actionable advice, from making the
most of e-mail to understanding the strengths of
loose and strong ties. It's a worthwhile read,
whether to devour cover to cover or pick and
choose the most valuable sections you want to take
action on right away.
