Journal of the gypsy lore society (new series), volume iii: july 1909-april 1910

This rare hardback was printed by T. & A. Constable for the members of the Gypsy Lore Society with 350 pages accompanied by several illustrations. It contains five consecutive issues of the journal, which consists of various articles by different scholars on aspects of gypsy folklore and culture. The book is in good condition. Boards are bumped, rubbed, frayed, and peeled. Page edges and endpapers are slightly marked. There are some ex-library markings to the endpapers. The binding is firm and the text is clean.
