Jane is visiting Royal Bay, helping her mother clean out her grandmother's house. It's nothing special, until she sees gorgeous "townie" Carey and his friends en route to the town's rundown amusement park.. But she has no way to meet him, until Aunt Norma and Ricki arrive. Soon Jane and her glamorous, reckless cousin are sneaking out at night. When Jane does meet Carey, the two of them quickly, almost magically, fall in love.
